My MORE App Login Process Changes
From Monday 8th September 2025 the way you login to the My MORE app will change and you will need to action an update for your device to continue using the app.
Following this update, you'll now use your membership account details to access the app instead of your previous app account details.If you're unsure what your membership account details are, you can click the button below to check your details.
If you need to reset your membership account password, you can do that by tapping below.
Remember, you won't be able to login to the app with your membership details until after you've updated your app. If you have any questions at all please speak to our reception team on your next visit.
